As a Relax Kids coach, I provide group and 1:1 relaxation classes by using a 7 step method built up of body based techniques to promote a relaxed state and a impart a meditative mindful practice. This workshop empowers children by giving them valuable lifelong tools to manage difficult emotions like stress and anxiety, as well as building resilience to cope with the pressures of life.
